Founded in Honolulu in 2007 by Lyanne Brooks, Soulgasm is the islands' longest running House music gathering. Rooted in the lineage of House music and its many influences, it honors the roots, stories, and communities that have shaped the culture while carrying its spirit forward with aloha.
Over the years, Soulgasm has welcomed DJs, musicians, vocalists, dancers, visual artists, and music lovers from Hawaii, the continental United States, and around the world while extending to the Big Island of Hawaiʻi and Maui through special events, artist exchanges, and creative collaborations.
